All Items Must Be Returned: All hired décor items remain the property of VVS Weddings & Events and must be returned by the agreed date and time specified in your booking.

The Inventory Count: Upon return, all items will be carefully counted and inspected by our team against your original order form.

Damages or Shortages: We understand that accidents happen! However, any missing items, unreturned pieces, or items damaged beyond normal wear-and-tear will be subject to a replacement fee.

Agreed Timelines: All hired items will be delivered at your venue within the specific date and time slot agreed upon between both parties.

Prompt Collections: Following your event, all items will be collected at the pre-arranged time agreed upon by both parties. Please ensure our team has clear access to the venue at this time.

Venue Schedule Alignment: We will work closely with you and your venue to ensure our delivery and collection times align perfectly with your venue's access rules, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
